DFMA Services for modular build

STANDARD

Its a standard level of modeling using Autodesk Revit software

The Model Element is graphically represented within the Model as a specific system, object, or assembly in terms of quantity, size, shape, location and orientation. Non-graphic information may also be attached to the Model Element.
The quantity, size, shape, location, and orientation of the element as designed can be measured directly from the model withiut referring to non-modeled information such as notes or dimension call-outs.

ADVANCED

Its an advanced level of modeling using Autodesk Revit software.

The Model Element is graphically represented within the Model as a specific system, object, or assembly in terms of quantity, size, shape, location, orientation, and interfaces with other building systems. Non-graphic information may also be attached to the Model Element.
Parts necessary for coordination of the element with nearby or attached elements are modeled. The quantity, size, shape, location, and orientation of the element as designed can be measured directly from the model withiut referring to non-modeled information such as notes or dimension call-outs.

PROFESSIONAL

Its a professional level of modeling using Autodesk Revit software.

The Model Element is graphically represented within the Model as a specific system, object, or assembly in terms of quantity, size, shape, location, orientation with detailing, fabrication, assembly, and installation information. Non-graphic information may also be attached to the Model Element.
The elements are modeled at sufficient detail and accuracy for fabrication of the represented component. The quantity, size, shape, location, and orientation of the element as designed can be measured directly from the model withiut referring to non-modeled information such as notes or dimension call-outs.

STANDARD

  • Level S provides a foundational level of detail, offering essential functionalities for modular building design and assembly.
  • Key features include a framing model, particle layers details, basic MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) collision detection, and a bill of materials (BOM) list.
  • This level lays the groundwork for efficient manufacturing and assembly processes, providing crucial information for factory workers and assembly teams.

ADVANCED

  • Level A represents the most common level of detail, incorporating full BIM (Building Information Modeling) model integration and clash detection between structure, architecture, and MEPs.
  • The model, delivered in RVT format, boasts LOD (Level of Development) 250-350, depending on element and project needs, along with a comprehensive BOM.
  • In addition to the model, 3D instruction manuals are provided for factory workers and assembly teams, enhancing efficiency and accuracy during the assembly process.

PROFESSIONAL

  • Level P offers the highest level of sophistication in DFMA, featuring LOD 300-400 and post-construction scanning and updates.
  • The fully integrated model is prepared for future technological advancements and supports 3D, AR (Augmented Reality), or VR (Virtual Reality) applications in both factory and on-site environments.
  • With P, you can leverage cutting-edge technology to optimize production workflows, streamline assembly processes, and enhance stakeholder collaboration.
